The deadline for registration is October 31, 2017. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment prior to Sunday 15 October 2017)

  • Academics: €400
  • Professionals: €500

Full fee (Payment received after Sunday 15 October 2017)

  • Academics: €450
  • Professionals: €600

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)
